Adding Alt-Text to an Image (using Panorama)

In this tutorial, you will learn how to add alt-text (alternative text) to an image in Moodle.

Tutorial Steps

Step 1	Enable Edit mode on your course page.
Step 2	Choose "edit settings" for the item that includes an image without alt-text.
Step 3	In the text editor, click the dial icon.
Step 4	Click Fix Issue next to "The item does not have an alternative description."
Step 5	A dialogue box will pop up, explaining the issue and giving you an opportunity to type in descriptive alternative text.  Click the Add Fix button.
Step 6	Now, click Fix Issue next to any other issues and Panorama will walk you through those steps.
Step 7	Once it makes the update(s), close the Panorama box and then click Save Changes or Save and Return to Course.
