SCC’s Appreciative Advising Team would like to present an in-depth examination of the 6 phases through two 60-minute interactive sessions. One during Fall 2021 to review Disarm, Discover and Dream, followed by a second in Spring 2022 to discuss Design, Deliver and Don’t Settle.

Learning Objectives:

Participants will gain a greater understanding of the Appreciative Advising framework, as well as techniques, strategies and best practices for implementing the 6 phases during advising sessions and in the classroom.
