Many times students do not function well or succeed to their potential not because of their academic issues but due to poor boundaries in their relationships. This TOPS is centered on understanding the impact of diffuse or rigid boundaries in our students lives. As we understand that relationships may impede their success we can help them have tools to understand their boundaries and how to improve their level of functioning within a firm set of boundaries.

  • Explore and understand why we say yes and no
  • Be able to explain what healthy boundaries are and teach boundary settings to others
