Uncertainty and change are triggers for anxiety for most people. COVID 19 has definitely provided copious amounts of uncertainty and change. This TOPS is focused on helping you understand and cope with how COVID has effected you personally and professionally. We will also focus on coping skills and ways to better understand the impacts of COVID related stress and anxiety as an underlying factor in our day to day stress. As with most things, what we learn for ourselves, we can then apply to the students we work with to help them cope through this time.

  • Understand the underlying stress impacts of COVID 19 to personal and professional lives
  • Explore more effective ways to cope with COVID related stress
  • Apply healthy coping techniques at work with students.
