Example of Course Instructions

Instructions to students on how to get started in your course:

"Welcome to College Student Success!

1. In the Course Information link (at left) you will find a class syllabus, schedule and other important information, including information about me and and methods by which you can contact me. I will return all emails and messages within 48 hours (perhaps a bit longer on weekends).
2. In each of the module links you will find detailed instructions on how to complete and submit your assignments.
3. In the "Ask Questions Here" link, you'll find a forum where you can post questions that your classmates or I can answer.
   

After you have explored all these menus, it is time for you to get started in the course. Be sure to read the syllabus, then click on Module 1 - Getting Started to complete your first week's assignment, the Syllabus Quiz. Taking this quiz before the end of the week counts as your attendance, so be sure to do it soon to avoid being withdrawn from the course.
