Marking students as "Never Attended" in Census reporting

Marking students as Never Attended, adds students to a deletion list. This  list is typically run daily. Once this process runs, never attending students will be removed from your roster.

**Note: Students who do not participate in class must be indicated using the self service tool BEFORE or on the section census date.  If a student is allowed to join or participate in the class after the census date, FTE is forfeited for that student. Please do not allow this to happen!
