Entering a Graduation application for your advisees

Reminders:

Information entered on this form will NOT update student record information.

  • Name, address, and other updates to student records must be made through Admissions.

  • Updates to records that need to be reflected on existing grad apps must be communicated to the Registrar's Office.

  • Applications submitted for students with incorrect inactive program information, may be denied.

 

Step 1

Open OnBase in MySCC

Step 2

Select the menu at the top left

Select “New Form”

Choose the Application for Graduation form

Step 5

All field information must be discussed and confirmed with the student before submission


Do not enter guesstimates or assumptions of student's responses. This may lead to inflated guest expectations and incorrect diplomas.
