It is helpful to have your picture in your profile, as students are more likely to feel a connection with their instructor if they see a picture. Your profile picture will be visible in the courses you are teaching, as well as in the students' My Courses page, on the course card. For a video tutorial, click here.

Step 1	Click on the drop down arrow next to your initials, in the upper left corner of Moodle.
Step 2	Click on Profile.
Step 3	Click on Edit profile.
Step 4	Scroll down to the User picture area. Drag and drop a photo from your computer into the Drop files here to upload area.
Step 5	Alternately, you can click the Add a file icon to browse your computer and add an image file.
Step 6	Lastly, click Update profile.
